Description

This role is responsible for managing a team that will focus on designing and/or changing processes within Business Services, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and strategic initiatives in partnership with other BBY channels, external channels, and subsidiaries. Ensure foundational excellence with processes such as customer process account management, lead management, and sales excellence. This role will primarily focus on serving several key groups including Operations, Supply Chain, Performance Improvement, Training and Development, Services and our SMB Web Portal.

This role is responsible for bringing sales excellence and process consistency to the sales team, enabling them to focus on outcomes and performance and the driving of the SMB initiatives.This position will participate in all key functions in the development and execution of the strategic plan and work congruently with the overarching Best Buy strategies working with the entire SMB leadership team.

- Strategically develop, change, and/or improve systems and infrastructure to seamlessly integrate SMB channels, strategic partnerships, subsidiaries, and retail.
- Coordination of MindShift and other future acquisitions
- Identify and champion process improvements needed to allow the entire organization to accomplish significant financial improvements.
- Creates customer focused reporting that identifies the strengths and gaps of the current account base.
- Coordinates all reporting needs from the sales team including retail reporting and SMB reporting and develops reporting for the sales team to accurately identify business trends necessary to achieve budgeted results.
- Develop and improve account management processes to ensure customer retention and continued growth
- Build effective outbound and inbound lead management processes to ensure customers are served by the appropriate sales function
- Ensure quality lead growth with outbound lead team
- Oversee and design financial incentive structure to optimize sales continued sales performance
- Ensure account manager productivity by minimalizing administrative work and maximizing sales activity

Qualifications

7+ years - Progressive Services, Merchant, Retail or other related cross-functional experience

7+ years - People and resource leadership

3+ years - Strategy development experience, including crafting business plans, managing strategic planning processes, understanding key financial and operational value

drivers, designing and implementing transformational process improvement.

across multiple departments, regions, and countries and guide others to success.
? Acts as a mentor to others as needed. Regularly helps connect others to mentors; recommends important internal and external contacts
? Holds direct reports accountable to expectations, having tough conversations when necessary. Also holds managers accountable to these expectations.

? Assimilates and synthesizes market and business data from multiple sources, recognizes the complexity in issues, challenges assumptions, and assesses and balances
risks to arrive at conclusions based on good judgment and knowledge of the business within overall Country or Region.

Education

MBA or similar educational background.
