An amazing summer of Olympic and Paralympic action has drawn to a close *sob* but is bound to go out with a bang as we hand the baton to our friends in Rio to try and outdo us in four years' time (spoiler: they won't).
For your convenience, we are here with all of the must-know details on Sunday night's spectacular.
?
What time does it start?
It begins at 8:30pm BST on Sunday 9th September, and is officially called 'The Festival of Flame', which sounds very grand.
It should last until around 11:30pm.
?
Who is planning it?
Kim Gavin has been trusted with the job of organising this mother-of-all-concerts evening, but fortunately he has a fair amount of pedigree.
Gavin is best-known for his work choreographing - and being the general creative genius behind - Take That's record-breaking live tours, with the band's 2010 Circus shows in particular gaining him a reputation for spectacular staging. He also helped out with the closing ceremony of this year's Olympics, so as with last month's show you can expect some pop surprises.
He has been assisted by Mark Fisher, who designed Cirque du Soleil's show in Las Vegas, and Hamish Hamilton, who is a Grammy-nominated TV director considered the best live television director on the planet.
?
What will we see?
The show is rumoured to be based on a theme of earth, wind, fire and water and Coldplay, Jay-Z and Rihanna will all star with headline performances at the ceremony.
A new orchestra comprised of 17 performers with disabilities is also expected to play, and you can expect a host of star-studded duets and one-off performances with Jamiroquai, Bruno Mars and Jay Sean also performing.
The ceremony must also feature the official duties of the extinguishing the flame, the parade of the athletes and the handover ceremony, where we will be treated to some Brazilian culture - including Paralympic rapper Marcelo D2.
?
Are there still tickets?
Unfortunately not, although there are a variety of places showing it on big screens so that you can enjoy it in public and soak up some atmosphere, such as Trafalgar Square in central London.
But you can follow the action on Mirror.co.uk, with our special live blog starting on Sunday from 8pm.
?
What channel is it on?
The coverage is on Channel 4 and begins at 7:00pm. It will be fronted by broadcasting legend Jon Snow and the preceding hours will be a celebration of the games, with a recap of all of the best action during a record-breaking Paralympics.
